The Clean Program: Year 3, Day 12



We are running out of food!! This is a good thing b/c nothing is being wasted but it means that the snack supply is running low. I need to get my butt to the grocery store this weekend but I also need to help Ryan do some touch up painting on the outside of our house, organize everything, repair the screen that leads to the roof of our garage (except where we found a nest with an egg in it, that will wait until the baby is hatched and flies away) andddd a million other tasks. Lunch was another mish mash of what was left in the fridge/freezer and cupboards, pretty good but a snooze fest!

Today's Menu
Breakfast: Raspberry, blueberry, walnut, almond milk, date smoothie
Snacks: Apple, coconut chocolate bite, almonds, raisins
Lunch: Brown rice, broccoli, carrot and chicken with tamari and tahini
Dinner: "Cinnabun" smoothie: peaches, cinnamon, almond milk, cashews, flax
